It works by trapping the humidity from your breath and reusing it in a way that keeps your throat and sinuses from drying out. HumidX provides the moisture you’ll need without needing a traditional humidifier.  It’s used for normal or humid climates where only a normal amount of moisture needs to be added to therapy air. Currently, the HumidX™ units are compatible with the following CPAP Masks

• AirFit P10
• AirFit N20 or AirTouch N20
• AirFit N30

Replacement Schedule:

HumidX is not reusable or washable and must be discarded once used. It is recommended changing the humidifier over every 30 days. Please note that it’s 30 days from when you opened up the package, not 30 days of usage. Once you’ve unclicked and removed the humidifier tab, you can then throw away. When replacing the humidifier tab, you’ve got three options. You don’t have to use any humidification.
