With its innovative technology, the HumidX™ works by capturing the moisture from your exhaled breath and reutilizing it to prevent your throat and sinuses from drying out, thereby ensuring a comfortable and efficient CPAP therapy experience.
As opposed to traditional humidifiers, HumidX™ provides the necessary humidity without the need for water, offering a practical solution for regular or humid climates where moderate moisture addition is sufficient. For arid climates requiring higher humidity levels, the HumidX™ Plus is the recommended variant. The advantage of HumidX™ is its mess-free operation and less maintenance, making it an ideal companion for travel.
Please note that the HumidX™ units are exclusively compatible with the following AirMini™ mask setup kits:
– AirMini™ Mask Setup Pack for Airfit™ P10 Nasal Pillow CPAP Mask
– AirMini™ Mask Setup Pack for Airfit™ N20 Nasal CPAP Mask
The HumidX™ is neither reusable nor washable, and must be discarded once used. It is advised to replace the humidifier every 30 days. The 30-day period starts from the day you unpack the unit, regardless of usage. Once you’ve detached and discarded the humidifier tab, you can replace it, or opt for no humidification at all.
